1. ¿Cuánto interfiere en la sensibilidad del pie?

El pie, esa estructura plagada de terminaciones nerviosas, especialmente la planta, para informarnos incesantemente del estado del suelo que pisamos, su textura, desnivel, temperatura, irregularidades.

Información que no solo afectará a la interpretación del entorno del propio pie, sino de todo lo que está por encima, el cuerpo, y a la consecuente respuesta – si es que se le permite.

2. ¿Cuánto interfiere en la mecánica del pie?

El pie, esa estructura formada por decenas de huesos, articulaciones, tendones, ligamentos, músculos, vasos sanguíneos y linfáticos, una herramienta de alta tecnología fruto de cientos de miles de años de evolución para adaptarse con precisión, eficacia y seguridad al suelo que pisamos.

Adaptación mecánica que no solo afectará al movimiento del propio pie, sino de todo lo que está por encima, el cuerpo – si es que se entera de lo que está pasando.
